How experienced are the drivers and are there backup drivers?
Our drivers have professional certification and experience in transporting people, not goods. For critical or long-term journeys we assign a backup driver, so that the client’s schedule does not depend on the availability of a single person.

Who answers dispatch in the evenings and on weekends?
CFL dispatch operates 24/7, including evenings, weekends and holidays. It is not a general call-center number: each customer has a nominal point of contact, communicated in writing before the start of the contract.

Do I have a dedicated contact person for the duration of the contract?
Yes. Each contract has a nominal responsible and a substitute, communicated to the client in writing at the beginning of the collaboration.

Are the vehicles GPS monitored in real time?
Yes. All vehicles have active GPS monitoring during the race, and the dispatcher sees the position and condition of each car in real time. For corporate contracts we can provide route and punctuality reports.

What protocol applies if the vehicle is involved in an incident?
There is a procedure communicated to the drivers: keeping passengers safe, notifying the authorities and the dispatcher, providing alternative transport. For corporate contracts and school groups we can provide a one-page summary to communicate to passengers before travel.

What additional costs may occur in relation to the offer?
The offer includes the predictable costs: vehicle, driver, fuel, standard road taxes and VAT. Variable fees — parking, overpass, airport access — are estimated in advance and explicitly stated in the offer. The principle is simple: no hidden costs on the invoice.

What are the booking, payment and cancellation conditions?
The reservation is confirmed in writing, with the agreed vehicle, route and schedule. Payment and cancellation conditions are set out in the contract at clear intervals.

What if the shuttle breaks down in the morning?
We maintain reserve vehicles and a network of technical partners on the main routes. When a malfunction occurs, the dispatcher takes over coordination of the replacement — the customer does not search for solutions or call services.

Can the route be adapted to employees’ addresses?
The route and boarding points are designed together with the customer, based on the actual addresses of the employees. Individual deviations are not done ad hoc, but boarding points may be reviewed periodically based on usage data.

What does the monthly rate include and how are the contract terms set?
The shuttle offer includes vehicle, driver, fuel and standard charges with a predictable monthly rate. Payment and termination conditions are contractually established, and tariff adjustments are made according to an agreed formula, not unilaterally.

How do you design routes and boarding points?
Yes. Before the offer, we analyze the distribution of employees’ addresses, shifts and travel times, then we propose routes and boarding points. A poorly designed shuttle costs just as much as a good one, but it doesn’t solve the problem it was contracted for.

What reporting do we receive monthly about transport?
We can provide monthly reporting: trips taken, punctuality, route usage and incidents. For HR and Facility, the report is the tool with which they justify the internal budget — that’s why we build it together at the beginning of the contract, not at the end.

Is there a punctuality SLA and how is it measured?
Yes, we can include an on-time SLA, measured by GPS and reported monthly, with agreed penalties. Without measurement, an SLA remains a phrase in the contract.

Which bus will be assigned to our group?
In the offer, we nominate the category, model and year of the coach, the equipment and the capacity of the track. For series of departures, we allocate the same type of vehicle throughout the duration of the program.

What happens if the bus breaks down outside Romania?
The procedure outside Romania is the same as in the country, with the network of partners in the area: evaluation, informing the partner with an estimated time, exchange vehicle or continuation of the race. We do not guarantee the absence of failures — we guarantee that the group is not left without a solution and without information.

Are drivers’ documents valid for crossing borders?
Yes. Driver and vehicle documents are checked before each overseas run and vehicles are equipped for tolls in the countries en route, including electronic tolling devices.

Who provides the driver’s accommodation and meals on multi-day circuits?
Yes. We can take over the driver’s accommodation and meals or the partner can provide them; the chosen option is determined at the time of contracting, because it influences the cost and the observance of rest periods.

Does the coach stay with the group for the duration of the program?
Both formulas are possible: vehicle and driver at the disposal of the group for the entire duration of the program, or only transfers. The chosen formula changes the cost structure, so we clarify it before issuing the offer.

Do you work with other tour operators in our market? Can you provide references?
Yes. We work with tour operators and agencies in and can provide references with contact details, with the consent of those partners.

Are you a direct or intermediary operator?
We are a direct operator with our own fleet and drivers — not a broker. The partner talks to those who actually carry out the transport, not to an intermediary who forwards the request.

How do you meet the legal driving times on long circuits?
We plan the circuits directly on the rules 561/2006: the 45 minute break after 4 and a half hours of driving, 9 hours of driving per day with two extensions to 10 hours per week and 11 hours of daily rest. For occasional services in a single country the 12 day rule applies and where the schedule exceeds the limits we allocate a second driver and quote him from the start.

What languages do the drivers assigned to the international groups speak?
Drivers assigned to international groups speak operational English. For groups where communication is critical, we assign drivers with experience in the respective market, and the dispatcher provides a point of contact in English, 24/7.

Romania is in Schengen — are there still border checks?
Romania has been a full Schengen member since 2025, and systematic checks at the land borders with Hungary and Bulgaria have been eliminated. While spot checks may still occur, itinerary planning no longer needs to account for previous waiting times—a direct time saving for multi-country tours.

Do you offer short-notice vehicle availability?
It depends on the season and the type of vehicle. We respond to any urgent request with a clear yes or no on the same business day — a quick refusal is more useful for the client than an uncertain promise.

Yes. We operate nationwide using our own fleet and vetted partners, all centrally coordinated. CFL maintains responsibility for standards, regardless of the county where the event takes place.

How do you handle an emergency that arises during the event?
Coordination is handled centrally via a dispatch center, utilizing GPS-based vehicle tracking and local response partners. The procedure remains the same regardless of the county or country—only the executing party changes, not the party responsible.

Yes. Drivers have a company card for fuel and tolls, plus a procedure for unforeseen expenses on the route. The event organizer does not need to manage on-site payments.

Can you operate multiple vehicles at once, from different points?
Yes. We coordinate fleets of multiple vehicles, with different departure points and synchronized schedules, from a single command point. In events, the problem is not the vehicle, but the timing between the vehicles.

Do you have a coordinator present at the event location?
Yes. For large-scale events, we assign an on-site coordinator who manages boardings and communicates directly with the organizer, without intermediaries.

How do you ensure VIP, separate and confidential transportation?
VIP transport is operated separately, with assigned vehicle and driver, distinct route and timetable, and confidentiality of passenger identity and schedule.

Can vehicles be unmarked or with event branding?
Yes, both. We can operate vehicles completely unmarked, for discretion, or with event or client branding. For participants, the vehicle is an extension of the organizer’s image.

Vehicles assigned to school transport are equipped with seatbelts at every seat, and the driver communicates the rule upon boarding. Ensuring they are worn remains the responsibility of the accompanying staff—we establish this explicitly before departure to avoid any ambiguity regarding responsibilities.

What protocol do you apply when boarding and disembarking students?
Boarding and disembarking are conducted based on a list, with a headcount of students at each stop in the presence of the accompanying teacher. Handing the students over to their parents upon return remains the school’s responsibility.

Do you assign a second driver for long trips?
Yes. When the itinerary exceeds legal driving limits, we assign a second driver and include this in the quote from the start. An itinerary that does not comply with legal time limits is not a cost-saving measure; it is a risk shifted onto the children.

Standby time is billed on an hourly or daily basis as a separate line item agreed upon in the contract. During productions, the vehicle is at the crew’s disposal rather than actively driving; the cost reflects the vehicle being held for use, not the kilometers traveled.

Do you cover international travel to competitions?
Yes. International trips are planned in compliance with legal driving times, with a second driver where necessary, and with international transport documents prepared in advance.

The fleet operated by CFL covers capacities between 4 and 58 seats — from minivans to high-capacity coaches, in Euro 6 standard. For each contract we allocate the vehicle according to the group’s profile, not what remains available on that day.
